A resident of Laguna Beach, California, Liza Loidolt has accomplished much during her career as a brand commercialization leader in life sciences. In her last role, Liza Loidolt worked in multiple positions for Kite Pharma until 2024.

Liza Loidolt was hired as a general manager by Kite Pharma in 2020, where she oversaw a $250M+ P&L and built and led a team of 18 commercial leaders in sales, marketing, and patient access. She achieved 92 percent of the market share, which was the highest across the company’s global markets.

In 2023, Ms. Loidolt became the executive director and US Brand Lead for the company. She led the US launch with Multiple Myeloma, a co-promote partner, and collaborated to deliver an aligned launch plan and long-range plan. She also oversaw US insights that influenced trial design for a project.

In her last role, Ms. Loidolt was Head of US Marketing, where she led a team of 10 marketers for the promotion of a cell therapy portfolio in oncology. She led the execution of a new brand strategy, driving 15 percent year-over-year growth. She developed effective ways of collaborating with cross-functional partners across commercial, medical, promo review, and agency partners.

Her other accomplishments are successfully launching products in the hematology and oncology areas that have established a new standard for care. She also reorganized and expanded the commercial team to increase marketing, sales, and patient access capabilities. She also increased employee survey results for three years in a row.
